Your IP address is sent to PostHog to estimate country and city. We exclude document contents, chat text, filenames and login credentials. Automatic click capture and session recording are disabled. Your choice is saved for 180 days. A session ID in browser storage links visits across refreshes and tabs, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours. It is cleared on logout or rejection. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences. Browser capture honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Selected server records also measure processing outcomes and invitation/activation counts. Rejecting analytics stops future usage exports associated with your signed-in account once the preference reaches the server.
